Hi guys, I would like your help to understand how and what to change in the code to allow the display (in gray) of the services invalid if they have children valid (eg. in NewPhoneTicket). In OTRS 4.0 it is already so, but in the version that we use (3.0.10) service invalid does not appear in the list many thanks Rocco
