
How difficult would it be to add the free fields to the Phone View? We are using the free fields to classify support requests and have it working fine, but when agents get calls over the phone and close them immediately it would be nice to be able to avoid having to go back to enter the free fields. JFYI. OTRS 1.2 (current cvs) comes with this feature (ticket free text/fields).
