feature request - compose mail / templates

hi there, a nice feature for the "compose mail" and "phoneview" would be the use of global mail-template such as "answer" templates. thx & bye sven PS: in the AgentZoom module is the Article{Subject} at the tree-view. like: $ThreadStrg .= ' $TimeLong{"'.$Article{Created}.'"} <b>$Text{"'.$Article{Subject}.

Currently I'm developing something that I've named "Standard Ticket" for the Phoneview. It's working in the same manner as your template idea. I hope, that I can finish my work in the next two weeks. That sounds good, but do you've seen my patches for a different background in the AgentMailboxView (05.03.04) and the extension for the LiteQueueView (12.02.04)? I'm a little bit surprised that there is no response. I think In Februrary/March all developers had many jobs while releasing OTRS 1.2. But it would be nice to hear any comment now ... CU Dirk

it's great :-) and work fine! i've leeched the current version in cvs and was wondered about the missing module 'AgentBulk'. it's not fatal but i saw a "check-field" at the ticket zome that starts a box with javascript that tell me, the ticket is checked for "Bulk". yes - it's tue, the version in cvs is in development ,-) but even so my question: what is the gain about the AgentBulk feature? i've looked for a hint in the "dev" lists but i didn't find everything. best regards sven

what is the gain about the AgentBulk feature?
It is new feature to do bulk action on tickets. For example to close or move tickets with one action (for spam for example).
