Hi all, I've noticed, that nesting queues goes only 4 level deep. Is there any special reason why there is only 4 levels - is it possible to extended this limitation? Best regards, Alex

No, not at present. It could be changed but a queue structure deeper then 4 levels will be confusing in our opinion.

I agree, but one of our teams, who use OTRS, would like to have 5 levels. :-/ Can that change be done via SysConfig or major code must be changed too? I'd change it by myself if you would tell me where to look for it. TIA & Best regards, Alex
