
Is there a way to allow a agent to post a customer New Ticket? I know you can set a agent as a customer but this doesn't seem to work correctly under the latest CVS. I have set $Self->{AgentCanBeCustomer} = 1; but still no go. Thank you, Brad Dameron www.gammanetworking.com

How about the phone view? Serach for the customer and create a new ticket.
