Look into the directory of the otrs user (e.g. /opt/otrs). There the file shuld be located. Change it for your needs and copy it to .fetchmailrc. Now fetchmail can be executed from a cron job. On SUSE systems all should work out of the box, if you have installed OTRS on another system you need to provide more infos.
