Please help I need to to activate the fetchmailrc I do not not where. I have find the fetchmailrc.dist and I understand I need to copy it somewhere.

Look into the directory of the otrs user (e.g. /opt/otrs). There the file shuld be located. Change it for your needs and copy it to .fetchmailrc.

Now fetchmail can be executed from a cron job. On SUSE systems all should work out of the box, if you have installed OTRS on another system

you need to provide more infos.
