
Greetings Devel, is there any specific rationale behind S/MIME being implemented for customer communication, but having no S/MIME functionality to be seen for notification mails to agents? Full AcK. S/MIME customer notifications aren't implemented yet :(. If S/MIME is needed for communication with a customer the only solution at present is to turn of the notifications :(.
