gibts in OTRS::ITSM die Möglichkeit Reports über CIs zu erstellen?

Hallo zusammen,
besteht die Möglichkeit im Customer Frontend so wie im Agent Frontend auf
die ITSM Daten (CIs) zuzugreifen.
Sprich wenn ein Kunde ein Ticket erstellt sollte er auch die Möglichkeit
haben auf seine CIs (CIs des Mandanten)
zuzugreifen und die notwendigen Daten (z.b auf welchem Rechner ist aktuell
der Incident passiert) ans Ticket zu verlinken.

Hallo zusammen,
ich hätte zwei Fragen bez. der Location in OTRS::ITSM
1. Ist es möglich in der Location, wie es im CI selber möglich ist, auf die
User zu referenzieren? (Bräuchte ich wenn ich eine Location vom Typ Office
erstelle und hier
den Head of Office einplegen will)
2. Kann man neue Attribute zur Location hinzufügen? (Ich würde gerne dass
Adressfeld nur für Strasse und Hausnummer verwenden und
die restlichen Felder wie Postleitzahl, Stadt, Land, ... neu hinzufügen)

ist es möglich Tickets zu suchen die in einem bestimmten Zeitraum geschlossen wurden?
Ich finde nur die Möglichkeit nach Erstell-Zeiten zu suchen
