Hi, auf Wunsch (s. unten) leite ich mal folgende Mail-Diskussion weiter. Ich habe jetzt nicht unbedingt Zeit und Lust das zu übersetzen, da ich auch denke englisch sollte nicht das Problem sein. Mein Script leite ich auch weiter. Wäre schön, wenn mir jemand noch einen Tipp bzgl. Der UTF-8-Problematik geben könnte. Here is my method? but it's still dont' work, and we use Everest software to collect data from AD compuers. i think WMI is more preferable. I described it here - http://groups.google.ru/group/otrs_archive/browse_thread/thread/19f88b2c38e… in our It department we implemented the way to export and keep an actualized information about our AD computers. The way is - Using Group policies, gather information about computer names and hardware with Everest software and copy it to *csv files. (Every time after Group policies processed - we have actual information about Computers) Next step is Running script to compile "Export.csv" file with information about AD computers And Last step - Import this information into OTRS.
