dear list,
my idea is to add links in config-items (management-websites, fileserver-links, ...)
realize maybe in that way:
change in "config item class" where i an use a user defined type like url or href:
structure maybe:
{
Key => 'mgmtif',
Name => 'management-Sitelink',
Searchable => 1,
Input => {
Type => 'href',
Size => 50,
MaxLength => 50,
},
},
another idea is to mark the text for "NON PARSING" (input type='html') that i can insert html-text in den fields.
do you have any ideas how can i make this thing working?

Hello, Carlos!
God damn it, it worked! :)
I've got two instances of MySQL running... I had changed max_allowed_packet
on the other instance and as it didn't work, I had lost my hope that the
problem would have anything to do with that! :)
Thank you,
Harry

Hello, you all!
I've got some problems installing the needed packages to get OTRS::ITSM
running.
Upon trying to install ITSMTicket package I get:
[ OTRS::ITSM 1.1.2 ] Admin OTRS (root@localhost) 11:22:35 -
07/14/2008
Error: Need File/Package!
Comment:
Bug Report:

Module: ModPerl::RegistryCooker::default_handler (v1.81) Line: 169
Module: ModPerl::Registry::handler (v1.99) Line: 30
All other dependent modules are already installed:
GeneralCatalog 1.1.2
LinkObject 1.1.2
ITSMCore 1.1.2
ITSMService 1.1.2
How could I solve this problem? Is there any known issue? It seems to be a
problem with the language module, but I've set everything back to English
and nothing... The file c:\otrs\Kernel\Language\pt_BR.pm is also there.
I'm getting crazy with this stuff.
Best regards,
Harry

Hi all,
I presume this has been asked many times previously, but my searches have
been fruitless.
We have a privately hosted (intranet) OTRS and would like to keep html
formatting intact for tickets created by email, due to our user's extensive
use of inline screenshots.
The only setting I've found which seems related is turning off the
PostmasterAutoHTML2text, but this didn't work.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Diggo
