I'm evaluating the possibility to install OTRS ITSM in my organization. We
use MS SCCM for the asset management. Is there any integration between otrs
and sccm? We need that the changes in sccm are updated in otrs CMDB.
I defined a new CI with an expiry date, and would like to receive regular
reports every week if one of the expiry dates is less than 4 weeks away.
I have tried new statistics but am not able to find the date field to set
a definition there. Additionally, I have tried the SQL box but cannot find
the table / field where I have to search for this.
