PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

Dear All:
We have decided to give the OTRS ticketing system a try and installed it
within our IT setup to utilize it by the IT helpdesk team.
After the installation we attempted to link the system to our company
LDAP but for some reason it wasn’t successful.
Attached is the configuration file. We marked out the changes we made on
the file.
I would appreciate it if you can review it and let us know what is it
that we did wrong.

1) Downloaded the application & installed it.
2) The system was installed on a local machine (created the admin account ,
user name & password)
3) We attempted to link the system to our active directory LDAP after reading
the instructions on do so.
4) After modifying the config file, the link wasn’t working.
5) Attached is a copy of the config files with our changes.
