We are currently adopt OTRS ITSM 1.2.2 on our Enterprise.

But today we wants to get report in form of register of all equipment (ITSM CLASS – Hardware and Computer): list of equipment with all fields from description of class.

Example:

I tried to do such report though wizard but I see that this tool gives us something like consolidated report than register.

 

How can I make this real?
