why not going in bugs.otrs.org and compiling a enhancement request... I
can't do it because I've just requested a couple :D
Another way is to make a group interested in it and ask for a commercial
request at enjoy@otrs.org... It would be possibile (question for otrs guys)

Furthermore. We are working to make CI assignable to agent (like
type=>'Customer' but for user). When, and if we succeed, how could we
contribute and let it be part of the core ?
