Hi Magiboiz,
You can't define this in SysConfig but you can create a PostMaster filter which sets X-OTRS-Type to Incident.

Hi all
Is there any way to set default ticket type to "Incident". When customers send
emails reporting problems, the ticket is created into the postmaster queue,
and the ticket type is set to 'default'. Where can I config this behavior?
