
Hi David If you create a new ticket, you can select the affected service and the sla. You can link a service and a config item by using the link mechanism. But a bug (Bug# 1935) in OTRS::ITSM 1.0 beta4 blocks this feature. We will solve this problem up to OTRS::ITSM 1.0 RC1.
