Hi, Mike. Thanks for your quick answer. I made the modifications you told me and nothing happened.
I also tried the same modifications in a virtual machine with OTRS 3..0.7 over Windows and it shows the option Customer in the Main Menu Bar not it doesn't appear the option Companies.
¿Am I doing something wrong or it is necessary to do something else?

Hi Daniel,
You'll have to set CustomerCompanySupport to 1 in at least one customer data source configuration.
Look at the section in Kernel/System/Defaults.pm that starts with "(customer user database backend and settings)". Copy the whole block over to Kernel/Config.pm and set CustomerCompanySupport => 1
This will make the icon show up in the 3.0.x toolbar. -- Mike
