[itsm] update OTRS 2.0.4 to OTRS 2.3

      Hi there

Is there a way i can upgrade the OTRS 2.0.4 to OTRS 2.3 in Debian? I'm
really interested in the new features like SLA and the way it arranges
clients by company now, I'd appreciate the help
