Hi,

I made the cahanges in SysConfig but it didn't work.
After I made the dtl file modification the fields were removed from the detalis of the tickets.

Hi,

All of them are freetext and freetime fields, I guess if you disable them from Sysconfig (as long as you don't use them) they won't show up. If you're using them somewhere else, a dtl file modification should work
