Hi, The version supported by debian are * etch (stable) 2.0.4p01-18: all * etch-m68k 2.0.4p01-17: all * lenny (testing) 2.2.7-2lenny1: all * sid (unstable) 2.3.3-1: all So it depends on your Debian release. If you absolutely want to install OTRS 2.3, and your are not in sid, I think you need to install manually from source (but be aware that you go out of the debian packages) . http://doc.otrs.org/2.3/en/html/x414.html Regards, -------------------------------------------- Bastien Leblanc -----Message d'origine----- De : itsm-bounces@otrs.org [mailto:itsm-bounces@otrs.org] De la part de Madwin Cerezo Envoyé : vendredi 23 janvier 2009 19:07 À : 'OTRS::ITSM User questions and discussions' Objet : [itsm] update OTRS 2.0.4 to OTRS 2.3 Hi there Is there a way i can upgrade the OTRS 2.0.4 to OTRS 2.3 in Debian?
