Leonardo, this may be overly simple, but have you had a look in Frontend::Agent::ViewMyWorkOrdersOverview ( http://localhost/otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminSysConfig&Subaction=Edit&... ). There are Workorder states that have to be listed for them to be viewed in the Overview panel.

The Agent has RW permission under the following groups: itsm-change itsm-change-builder itsm-change-manager users
Am I missing some other configuration?
