Hi all,

I’m new to OTRS.  I’ve just read OTRS and OTRS::ITSM available documentation but I couldn’t find clear information about how to link customer users, customer company and customer location.

I mean, I would like to reference this data in my tickets getting information about what company the customer user belongs to and what’s the location affected by the incident. It would also be great if assets belonging to a specific company could be retrieved.

Any clue?
