When a ticket is created I can specify a type of problem, this is ok, but I have to add more precision for the problem. On the 2.1.7 OTRS version I had the "Free Fields"

OTRS::ITSM makes use of, and renames, the well-known OTRS Free Fields. Please set the Free Text Fields that should be visible: ITSM -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewAddtlITSMField Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketAddtlITSMField###TicketFreeText: by setting the 0 to 1 and then define your fields as done in OTRS in: Ticket -> Core::TicketFreeText You will notice here that Key 14, 15, and 16 are in use by OTRS::ITSM.
