Hello, Marco.<br><br>I have implemented a new input type Agent for one of my clients. You need to put the attached file into Kernel/Output/HTML and you can use a new type in CI definitions immediately. Please let me know if it worked  for you. I will file a bug with proposed fix then.<br>

Now I think I&#39;ve found the difference with the ITSMConfigItemLayoutCustomer.pm. Using it, the post after the button select pressed is that &quot;xxx::1::Select=&quot; is filled with a string that could be used correctly in the search instead of my <a href="http://agent.pm" target="_blank">agent.pm</a> that use the user&#39;s key value... still stuck on this :D<div>
