In OTRS::ITSM 1.0 exists no import mechanism to add items automatically. But

we plan to implement import and export interfaces in future releases of OTRS::ITSM.

Hello!

The integration of the Configuration Management is very useful, but it’s a lot of work to fill the database without the help of an Inventory-Tool.

Wouldn’t it be nice to integrate a tool like OCS-Inventory NG or to set up an interface to get the selected data into the OTRS CMDB?

Are there any plans to do something like that?
