[itsm] Cannot assign customers to groups

Hello I have deployed an OTRS and I have a big problem. I cannot assign a group to a customer. I check "rw" and click "Send" button but I return to this screen and ¡no changes were done! ¿What can be the problem? It was running before yesterday. Thank you PD: Sorry by my bad english.
