You can still install ITSM 2.1 beta via the Package Manager, as long as you add http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/itsm/packages21/ as a package source in the SysConfig.

Hi Jim,

have you noticed that ITSM 2.1 is beta ? AFAIR only the final versions 
are provided via the package manager like ITSM 2.0.3 .
