Hallo

You must upgrade the OTRS Framework first (have a look at the UPGRADING file for details)! If you have successfully upgraded the OTRS Framework to version 2.2.1, please use the Package-Manager in the Admin-Interface to upgrade the ITSM packages.

If you customize files (e.g. the HTML template files), a upgrade reset this files to the original version! Use a backup to implement your customizations after the upgrade.
