I am having a issue with OTRS ITSM, I have everything configured but I'm not able to see the on the scroll down menu Service&SLA from ticket generation the Services nor SLA.
I went to the Administration panel and inserted some, but still not appearing.
Gave a read on the Admin Manual but nothing.
Can someone help me out with this one ?
One more thing, I would like to enable the redirection from http://otrs.mydomain.com => http://otrs.mydomain.com/otrs/index.pl I did not figured out yet how to do it.
