Hi there

I have the following problem, when I try to access the “SysConfig” tab in the admin menu, it presents the following error

Can't locate object method "new" via package "XML::Parser::Lite" at /usr/share/otrs//Kernel/System/XML.pm line 781.

For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster@localhost), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

I’d appreciate the help you guys can provide me on this issue
