Hello, that migth be related to permission issues, usually regarding AgentTicketZoom or some of the required files to load the main dashboard. 
You can try running a Set Permissions or trying to run a forced installation of OTRS, it could be the same version you are currently using. 

Usually after downloading the otrs rpm follow the Update/upgrade instructions from the admin manual. 

rpm -Uvh otrs.XXXX --force
