I solved the problem by changing the operating system and browser. I tried to install on ubuntu linux with Firefox and I have done with Windows and Internet Explorer. Thank you all! I installed the package libxml-parser-lite-tree-perl and now comes this error: not properly closed tag 'File'

I have sought information on the internet but I have not managed to find the problem. Can someone help me? Thank you in advance!
