Hi,

Pending date is meaningful to the pendingJobs.pl script if you configure it to run via cron. It shows when the script should process the ticket if it is in one of the pending states.

Due date is there for infromation to the agent only AFAIK.

I have been trying to use the below options to see any effects on the phone ticket, but it did not, may i know what is the purpose of below ?
 
Pending Date (for pending* states): / / - :
