[itsm] Response Template Failure (HTML Emails)

Hi all, We're having problems with our response templates not loading correctly when replying to an HTML email. We know this to be the case because all other regular text emails work fine. I think what is happening is that the PostmasterAutoHTML2Text module is not correctly parsing a particular email format, and this causes our response templates to not render. Has anyone encountered this problem before? Thanks! -Bryce
