Hi,<br><br>All of them are freetext and freetime fields, I guess if you disable them from Sysconfig (as long as you don&#39;t use them) they won&#39;t show up. If you&#39;re using them somewhere else, a dtl file modification should work<br>

Hi, when you display the ticket details, some ticket data appear in the right panel.<br>Some of the data fields are the following:<br><br>- Repair Start Time<br>- Recovery Start Time<br>- Decision Date<br>- Due Date<br><br>
