[itsm] RE : Upgrade from ITSM 1.1 to 1.2

Hi again, ok, now it worked - and wasn't that complicated. you mustn't do anything with the old ITSM packages and you also don't need the new packages. just install the ITSMUpgradeTo12 package and thats all. the only question which remains: are the old locations not migrated to the new configitem class "location" - together with the links? thanks and best regards -- Raphael Matter
