Hi, I'm using the OTRS version 2.4.7. I'm trying to restrict some ticket types depending on the group of users is logged in. I've tried to do it using ACL but I couldn't find the way. ¿Is it possible? ¿Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. Daniel.
