Similar idea: Create a field with the 'last scan date' or so, populate it
with your CSV import. Now you can search for CI's that have not been updated
in a while and take actions based on that value.

Hmmmm, maybe just for the import set ALL items on status 'review required' (or inactive) and in (or with) the import have the field status 'Active'? Will need to 'replace' when importing.
Later you can run a query that
Dropping the database before loading also has the desired effect but it a bit drastic.

Hi List, I'm playing around with OTRS::ITSM ConfigItem Module. Import is working perfectly for a initial Import. Now I want to import regularly from another Database which CIs are available. If a CI is deleted in the "Leading" Database it should be deleted in the OTRS::ITSM DB or shout set to "Inactive" for a minimum. Can anybody give me a hint where to start over?
