You need to modify the file /opt/otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/CustomerHeader.dtl
You may need to know a little of html and I suggest to copy your customer logo to the /opt/otrs/var/httpd/htdocs/images directory in order to use environment variable $Env{"Images"} like

Hello all:
I have just installed OTRS. I can not find how to change the displayed logo
and company on the customer.pl page. It works, my customers can log in, but I
would really like to have the agency name at the top along with the logo
instead of “LOGO” and “COMPANY NAME”
I’m sure this is an easy question and I have just over looked it in the
documentation. Can anyone help?
