[itsm] Upgrade from ITSM 1.1 to 1.2

      Hi,

are there some instructions for upgrading from ITSM 1.1 to 1.2? In the
package list i can see the package "ITSMUpgradeTo12", but without any
comments.
Can someone tell me how and when to use it?
When i update my OTRS Version to 2.3 all the old ITSM Packages are listed as
incorrect installed. when i try to reinstall them i run into internal server
errors. what is the exact procedure to follow?
