[itsm] Create RfC from ticket

Hello Is there any way i can escalate a ticket to a RfC, instead of creating a new RfC and cut&paste from the ticket fields? Or for any other chance, is there any way i can, through a external tool, create a RfC automattically, without having to fullfill the whole template? Regards -- Hugo Ferreira
