[itsm] Create a ConfigItem by using the SOAP interface / rpc.pl

      Hello,

Is it possible to create a ConfigItem by using the SOAP Interface
(rpc.pl) delivered with OTRS?

The reason I ask this is that we have a lot of ConfigItems in XML format
from another software and we would like to write an import script for
OTRS::ITSM.
