This issue was veeeery often discussed in this list. Have a look on it! (Your problem: agent-authent. works, but further agent-infos are not available for OTRS => see ldap-sync or 1-time import from ldap to db) Bye, Alex p.s. This is no issue for the OTRS::ITSM-list
