There is a bug #2809 http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2809 filed in
november last year. Everybody interested can add his/her email to the CC of
the bug to be notified immediately as soon as the bug is changed.

let me count...we are in 5 ... :D why not going in bugs.otrs.org and compiling a enhancement request... I can't do it because I've just requested a couple :D
Another way is to make a group interested in it and ask for a commercial request at enjoy@otrs.org... It would be possibile (question for otrs guys) ?
Furthermore. We are working to make CI assignable to agent (like type=>'Customer' but for user). When, and if we succeed, how could we contribute and let it be part of the core ?
