Hi Daniel, I'm not sure, what you mean. OTRS:ITSM offers a CMDB with different predefined CI classes (computer, hardware, location, network). So you can add CIs in one of these classes with the New-Icon since this is what the CMDB actually is for. Or do you mean how you can extend these classes (new fields) or add your own classes (e.g. "licences") ?
