I changed the it_ITSMIncidentProblemManagement.pm. In italian, the value:

$Self->{Translation}->{'Criticality'} = 'Urgenzia';

should be:

$Self->{Translation}->{'Criticality'} = 'Criticità';

Can you consider to update this translation on the next release?
