First of all hello to everyone here, I hope I can both help and get help with problems related to ITSM :)

I am currently running OTRS 2.2 beta4 and the latest rpm of ITSM for suse 10.0  My base OS is actually 10.2 opensuse.
I just installed the required apps and have been playing around with ITSM to see what it can do, before an official manual comes out.  It appears that when I installed ITSM it didn’t update the database correctly as per the error message below.  Is there anyway to verify that the database contains the proper tables and schema?

Over the weekend I will wipe the machine clean and try again but just as a general FYI… is there a command to verify that the schema and database are updated correctly with the ITSM install?
