Hi Maria,

What ISTM Modules do you already have installed? Normally the extra Reports are added when for example you install the ITSMIncidentProblemManagement Module.  However, I have found that i needed to re-install the ITSMServiceLevelManagement Module for them to appear.  That might well be a problem with my installation or the order in which  installed the packages. But all in all i can say that all reports are available

Hello!

Reading the ITSM-OTRS guide, I found that with the installation, a new set of reports would appear in the stats module.
But I can't find them anywhere. Do I have to download them? If yes where can I. If not, what could have happened that my installation didn't record the reports.
