Also, I think what your are missing is the correct reference, according to
that list of Atributes, the correct one is "WorkOrderAgentID" and I see you
are using "WorkOrderAgent"[GW] this is on the list you provided.
Are you looking for the Agent Name instead of the ID?[GW] of course, this
makes sense, Hello 13 is only cool in House J
If so I would try something like Hello
[GW] first, not on the list,
second, same result: Hello -

can review. I believe what is available is whats there.
There is a FAQ in otrs with the information you need.
